I’m Kat, the face behind Kat’s Dogs. I’m based in Loughborough and have loved animals for as long as I can remember. It all started with our fabulous family’s black lab, Bez. I understand that pets are part of the family, and when life gets busy, it’s reassuring to know they’re in safe, reliable hands.
I provide dog walking, dog training, puppy visits and pet visits at home across Loughborough and the surrounding villages.
Every pet has their own personality, routine and little ways of doing things, so I take the time to get to know them properly. I match walks and routes to the dog’s needs, whether that is a longer countryside walk, a gentle stroll, sniff time, playtime, feeding, fuss or quiet company at home.
My approach is calm, force free and reward based. I pay attention to body language, confidence and comfort, so your pet feels safe, understood and supported at their own pace.
Alongside my love of animals, I bring over 20 years’ experience in trusted and responsible roles. Clear communication, organisation and reliability have always been a big part of my work, and I bring those same qualities into every walk, visit and training session.
My approach is to make every pet feel happy, relaxed, and have fun, while making sure their pet parents have complete peace of mind.
