I'm based in Loughborough and have been a big fan of dogs for as long as I can remember. It all started with our family's black lab, Bez.
I understand dogs are part of the family, and when life gets busy, it's reassuring to know they're in safe, reliable hands.
Every dog has their own personality, routine and little ways of doing things, so I take the time to get to know them properly. I match walks and routes to what they actually need, whether that's a longer countryside ramble, a gentle stroll, sniff time, or quiet company at home.
Training sessions follow the same principle, built around your dog's pace, not a one-size-fits-all method.
My approach is calm, force-free and reward-based. I pay attention to body language, confidence and comfort, so every dog feels safe, understood, and supported at their own pace.
Before Kats Dogs I spent years in roles built on trust, responsibility and clear communication, skills I now bring into every walk and training session.
I also offer dog and puppy drop-ins, and visit cats at home too, for anyone who needs a little extra support while they're out or away.
